Privacy & Data Practices

Your name, email address, location of practice, credential type, license number, NPI (APRNs, optional), school and graduation date (students), and whatever you add to your profile. Nothing more.

We check credentials against public registries: Nursys for US licenses, NPPES for NPI records, and national registers for international members. Your license and NPI numbers never appear anywhere on the platform, to any member or company.

Members see your display name, photo, credentials line, badges, states you choose to list, and what you post. Anonymous posts show no name to members; moderators can see authorship. Companies see nothing about you until you apply to one of their specific opportunities. There is no member browsing, no list access, and no directory export. Poll votes are anonymous; only aggregate results are ever shown.

Sell or rent member data. Share membership lists with companies, recruiters, or sponsors. Let partners contact you outside opportunities you choose. Run advertising in member spaces. Rank your feed with an engagement algorithm.

All traffic is encrypted in transit and all stored data is encrypted at rest. Access to production data is limited to named administrators. No community platform offers end-to-end encryption, so treat any private feature as private, never secret.

Post anonymously on sensitive topics. Update your profile, email, and license states anytime. To permanently delete your account and content, email hello@ainurseacademy.ai and we complete the deletion within 7 days, keeping only records the law requires (such as payment records).
